How can i order your products?
By using my online catalog located here or by telephone at 412-253-4011. If you are in the Pittsburgh area, you can find my cookies and brownies at the Beehive cafe 1327 E.Carson St. on the Southside and the Quiet Storm Coffee House 5430 Penn Ave in Garfield. In the spring time, you can find all of my products at local farmers markets.

What is "vegan organic"?
Vegan organic horticulture is a method of growing plants without the use of chemical fertilizers, sprays etc and without using any animal products. It is a system of caring for the soil in a sustainable way to ensure it retains its fertility for future generations. It is a method of growing plants that works in harmony with nature, encouraging a wide diversity of plant and animal life to share the land with us.

What does ”Gluten Free” mean?
Gluten is a protein which holds most flours together and is harmful to folks whom have celiac disease, which is a lack of the enzyme necessary to digest gluten, causing the small intestine's ability to absorb nutrients to be impaired by wheat protein from gluten, barley, rye, and oats (to name a few). Flours that are suitable for a gluten free diet include; brown rice, corn and amaranth flours. When baking with these flours, you have to substitute the bonding affect of the gluten with guar gum.

What is Unsulphured dried fruit?
This is fruit that has been dried but not preserved with sulphur dioxide. You may notice that these unsulphured fruits may be darker in color but still taste sweet and delicious. Sulphur Dioxide - is a gas know to be found in volcanoes, a toxic agent in acid rain, and is used as an insecticide.

Can I have a doll - house custom made???

What forms of payment do you accept?
At the current time payment can be made either by personal check, money order or online with credit or debit card through paypal.

Where do you ship to?
I currently will ship to anywhere in the US.

How much will shipping cost?
A flat rate of $10 per order will be charged. No rush orders please, all shipping will arrive via ground. Please allow 2-7 business days. Pittsburgh residents, please contact us for free delivery.

What is the "low-order" fee?
Orders under $10 will be charged a $5 fee to cover shipping or delivery charges.

Will my goodies be fresh on arrival?
Yes! Our products will be delivered in sealed containers and are mostly non perishable. Upon arrival to your home though, it is never a bad idea to refrigerate baking supplies for long term storage.

Are there any wholesale prices?
Yes, baked goods and baking mixes are available at wholsale prices to venders with valid tax ID, if you are interested in this, please contact me. Some, prepared baked goods are only available to Allegheny county, PA residents.

I have food allergies, should I order your products?
All of my ingredients are dairy free and I have some products that are wheat free and gluten free. Bulk nuts are kept separate from other ingredients. If you have any other questions regarding any other ingredients used in my products, please don't hesitate to contact me
